Please Please don't think all buyers are scammers. I always paid from my bank account and not a cc and got burned by a seller not only once but quite a few times out of the close to 700 buys. Even once is too many times. What makes it really stink is when paypal sides with a theif buyer or seller. They don't even look at proof.
No one here would think that all buyers are bad. Most buyers and sellers are good IMHO.
It is the EB/PP policies that allow fraud to happen to both buyers and sellers that are objected to here. I think it was meant to drive home just one of the loopholes PP allows and how it is taken advantage of by in this case a scammer. Problem is a seller doesn't know which sale will be to a scammer and which will be to a good buyer so if you offer PP at all you have to take the chance.
