New eBay Billing Agreement and Missing Performance Data

eBay sellers are reporting problems with their seller dashboard and are also questioning a new billing agreement they are being asked to accept.

On the Seller Dashboard, sellers are encountering a message that says their performance data is "unavailable." And under the "Seller Standing" section, a message states, "We currently cannot display this information. Please check again later." (See report on Ecommerce EKG.)
