"Healthy Tension" Emerging Inside PayPal as It Looks to Reverse Poor Customer-Service Reputation

August 29, 2013

PayPal says it's finally serious about addressing some of its biggest customer-service issues, which its president admits the eBay unit has at times "become known for." ...

(more at link)

Let's just skip to the bottom line...

"...Sounds like a great start. But, as Marcus well knows, a tainted reputation is not cleansed overnight. Or even in a year."

Oh, it's finally serious.... lmao! Sounds like an abusive spouse, doesn't it? bwhahaha.

How many times have we heard this garbage now?

Golly gee, what about the past victims? Are they gonna be refunded and apologized to, made whole etc? What about those whom are involved in lawsuits? Will paypal be settling with them, or skipping out on court dates?

What about people who get several differernt nonsense answers regarding policies? What about when paypal disregards their own policies and rips people off, while telling them the user agreement means the opposite of what it says?

What about the biggest lie? The non-equivalent funds non-interest farce? hahahahahaha! Liars!

Do they think that the millions people who have been screwed by paypal, and the many of whom have been hounded and stalked by their netkook crew of trolls are just going to stop spreading the word about them and highlighting every last reason why to avoid it like the plague?

This is a cheap PR gimmick, and that's all it is. At least the paypal space money thing was somewhat creative. This is another "Hype precedes results" play, Ha!

They have quite a challenge on their hands. Here's a typical interaction with paypal:

Again, that's only typical paypal idiocy. We've all seen the bad stuff. Broken violins, scamming kids, the stuff when the claws and fangs come out and on & on...
