No need to worry about any pesky account freezings or other interference. Withdraw that money in +/- $9K chunks (make that less than $10K ) so as to avoid any scrutiny from whatever authorities, laws, policies etc. Paypal is much too busy keeping the world safe by requiring your SS# for you to make a $10.00 widget purchase.
