Want to rip off any seller on eBay???

 Just buy an item, claim it's counterfeit, "destroy" it, sign the affidavit, receive your refund & keep the item!

 You don't need to submit any proof that from a manufacturer that it was counterfeit, nor any proof that it was destroyed by a qualified third party!

 Sellers, has this happened to you?

I do not condone or suggest doing anything illegal, I'm just simply pointing out a flaw in the eBay user agreement and system.

This happened to me as a seller.
