eBay India Twitter Account Hacked

LoL, there seems to be some speculation on twitter that this incident was/may have been actually an employee ebay or it's social media moderation service/organization who mistakenly posted to the wrong account rather than a hack job.

Would ebay rather admit (or fabricate) being hacked than having sleazebag social media personnel?
