I went through every last order spreadsheet... gross sales, withdraws to pay supplier, Ebay fees, PayPal fees, refunds, some dispute holds, and etc... what I have in my bank, what I have for PayPal balance... They put me on limitation with $2600. sitting there and could not withdraw to my bank to pay the supplier, so had to do refunds galore (who know how long they will lift the limitation, right) so people could get the money back asap to shop somewhere else for the item in time for Christmas (delivery time thing).  Well PayPal withdrew $2418.00 out of my bank account and it was THERE before I refunded + some, as I said I could not do a bank withdraw (via the normal way).  Has anyone have this happen before? Its almost like their system couldn't handle the load. I called them and they acted like I spent it all or something... I DIDN'T I am more careful with that, I even set most of my profit aside incase I needed to pay for exchanges or refunds.  WHAT DO YOU DO??????
