This is burning up the twittersphere. All these sites mentioned were all reportedly hacked and defaced. (Turkish language site)
While I didn't look at all of them I did look at the paypal turkey site, and it was exactly as the mirror at zone-h show. Note the protocol prefix lacks the "s" for secure.
http://www.paypal.com.tr
When I tried adding the S to the prefix I got "Page cannot be found" or "problem loading page" hahaha
I never looked up the IP at the time to see if it was the'real' paypal site, but the bot-documented one they show there sure is.
Not sure what to think about that because if you paste the url, without the S in there now, you get directly to the Paypal Turkey site, which is https now.
Either way, the Turkish hackers strike again!
There was no getting to a useful paypal.tr site.
Chopped Victoriously!
LoL

I'm not sure exactly what they've done , technically speaking, but whatever you do, don't try signing in to that site. Looks like a couple techniques rolled into one hack maybe?
It's too early in the morning to type it all out.
If they can do that there, they can probably do it to anywhere.
Better yet, just close your account and never have to worry about it. hahaha
