On July 27th I thought there may be fraud on my ebay account. I called and let the rep know what was going on. The rep told me to change my password and that when I called in the future they would take a couple extra steps to verify me. I thought cool, that wasn't too bad...

Then my now month long nightmare began. Later that day I log in to find ALL 91 auctions had been canceled and my ebay store deleted by ebay. So I called and the rep I spoke to said I had to manually relist ALL 91 auctions. I asked what was going to happen with the relist fees and the rep assured me I would get a credit....

Its now a month later and no credit. They took $297 extra from my paypal. I've called about 15 times to get it resolved and every time no one understands what I am saying. One rep told me she was filing a claim and even gave me a docut number. She told me the $297 would be back in two days. that was 27 days ago. Now they don't even see a "Docut" claim number for my account.

What do I do??? HELP PLEASE!!!
