eBay Germany Overcharges Auction Sellers

eBay informed developers it had incorrectly charged German sellers for listing auctions. The first 100 auction listings in a month are free (excluding the Mobile Phones Contracts category), but eBay incorrectly charged German sellers 0.25 for insertion fees, according to eBay's developer board announcement.
