PayPal Exposed! e-check Glitch Scams users!

It seems that ebay and paypal might be up to no good with this latest alleged "glitch"!

Does it strike anyone funny that all these "glitches" are constantly happening, yet none of them are ever in the user's favor? If they truly were "glitches" there would be some more random distribution of the effects. They would favor the users at least some of the time. Statistically, that would happen 50% of the time.

This is truly something that needs to be looked into by proper authorities!
I urge and advise everyone to complain!
