RE: Is Paypal secure? (Apparently not) PayPal captcha Compromised This is a follow up to the video posted by mihaigrigori "Is Paypal secure? (Apparently not)" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V1I4gW... which shows a major flaw in Paypal's password changing procedure. This illustrates how malicious hackers can combine building blocks readily available on the internet and wreak havoc upon Paypal users! (They already have to be truthful, IMO, in a variety of ways.) PayPal is NOT safe! Paypal is NOT secure!
