The file wrings clean at a popular online file checking site.

Following searches of md5 and file size, one can find plenty of evidence that the thing works.

I am not gonna post the file name, or url of course, not even a screenshot, but it is real.
Members here can ask me in a PM, for the url, if they want it.

There even appears to be a couple -three different versions out there, all basically the same thing.

My guess, it may be similar to this page on how to get FREE stuff with PayPal.
(And we all know that that works)

Or, it could be similar to that "How to Hack Paypal" video that was on youtube for a little while. That was the one where it showed all someone had to do was to keep both windows open, then cancel the payment before closing them. Hilarious. I hear that one is still floating around out there somewheres too, BTW
