  Recently, a CAPP member announced or advised his former username here, prompting  this inquiry.
 
  I have found that you, member "Really Bored", and member  "Algernon" have the same IP address.

  You are henceforth banned from the CAPP forum for violation of the rules, as noted here

  Member "Virusesrus", I also find that  you have the same IP as former member "Dantheman" who has wrongfully registered multiple "look-alike" accounts with the same IP here in the past, and on more than one occasion, which were subsequently banned, and a further array of usernames, who may have resigned, or been banned as well.

  Therefore, I am issuing you a censure/warning, your banning/ remaining shall be dependant upon further findings,and/or final decision by the Admin. Further, the reason for censure as opposed to banning is wholly relative to the Admin's decision at the time of the discovery made in the above linked thread.

  In addition, I find that some CAPP member(s), most of whom have been largely inactive, are using IP masking proxy service(s),

  To spare that/those member(s) any "public" humiliation and/or embarrassment, I shall not post those usernames, nor the pornography-related names of the proxy services, at this time. However, be advised: that is also against the rules here at CAPP.

  I recommend that you do NOT use the proxy again here  at CAPP. Please use your very own native IP if you wish to continue to participate in discussions here at CAPP, in order to avoid any future disruption/confusion of this board.

  Furthermore, let it be known that I am not finished checking and cross checking some additional curiousities.

  Also please note that these rules apply to all members, both those with "Pro-Paypal" viewpoints, and those with "Pro-consumer rights" views. I speak to all of you.
 
  I suggest all members re-read the rules to be sure you are in compliance.
Much like other forums and / or services, if you do not agree to the rules, feel free to not use it.
