EBay Exec Jeffries Plans to Resign

NEW YORK Online auctioneer eBay Inc. said Friday that Principal Accounting Officer Douglas Jeffries plans to resign to become chief financial officer of Pacific Ethanol Inc.

In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, eBay said Jeffries' resignation will take effect on May 24.

The company named H. Baird Radford III as interim principal accounting officer. Radford has served as vice president, corporate controller since December 2004.

This isn't the guy who last week bought the ebay stock at .40 and sold them a few minutes later for $36 is it?

How does someone buy a $36 stock for .40 cents?

 No, it is not.

  FireMeg's last 2 articles  at firemeg.blogspot.com are pretty good, and one deals witrh that stock selling off situation.

  But IT would not fill me with confidence if I were a large stockholder right now, all the recent events.
