I might be wrong, but I thought I read somewhere Caped was somehow affiliated with ebay. Not the normal " you are an ebay employee". Caped actually stated she/he/it was.
I thought this person had the same mentallity as clink.

it sort of looks like eBaY doesn't need the "netcops" to report anything anymore, to me.
Maybe they (eBaY) believe they have the problem with hijacked accounts, under control. rotflol!!
