Or, maybe not.

Those funny Brits really do have some perspective on what should be dealt with on Ebay and what shouldn't. Apparenltly he's even threatened to NARU peoples accounts if they keep posting in CAPS after receiving warnings.

Perhaps we should send PEEPTOAD over there, after all, she keeps starting threads with CAPS - just seeking attention as she never has anything constructive to say.
