My apologies for being away from the board so long.  I normally address issues like this in private, but I will comment on your post in the open since that is how it began.  My comments are in red.

3 of your regular posters, iceblueeyes, xppman and BigButtBellisima, have been stalking both myself and Tulip Tools since last October. This began as a personal dispute on the TT forums and would have stayed there, had they not chosen to bring it here.  I am not familiar with the TT forums so I do not know what has went on there.  Can you provide me solid proof you have been stalked?  And that is was by said members?  Please provide me something in private (PM) so I can assist you further with this.

I would like all references to myself and TulipTools removed from this forum. All statements are patently untrue and therefore libelous. Additionally, someone registered a new id yesterday and is now impersonating my son. This is totally uinacceptable as he is under 18.  I need more information on how this person is impersonating your son.  I have not had the opportunity to read all the posts by this person.  Does he claim to be your son?  Do you have your sons name trademarked?  With regards to libel, in law, defamation is the communication of a statement that makes a false claim, expressly stated or implied to be factual, that may harm the reputation of an individual, business, product, group, government or nation. Most jurisdictions allow legal actions, civil and/or criminal, to deter various kinds of defamation and retaliate against criticism. You must understand that I cannot decipher what is true and untrue in regards to discussions.  Just as you say their comments are libelous, they could say the same about yours.  Again, with more information and evidence of libel, I will be happy to assist in removing any libelous statements.  It is this boards policy to be fair to everyone.  Personal attacks against a username are not considered libelous for a username is not a personal, identifyable piece of information.

As well as causing me great distress emotionally, these people have interfered with both my business and that of Tulip Tools. I have already begun legal action against the friends of these posters for similiar behavior on The Ross SHow. I will include this board in that action if, now that you have been made fully aware of the situation, you don't take any action to provide a remedy.  Again, I need more than your "word" that these statements are in fact libelous.  You can email me at capp.online@yahoo.com or you can PM me here with more details on the exact statements which you believe to be libel.  Please understand, once you provide me with this information, the person(s) you accuse must have the opportunity to provide their own facts as well.  CAPP does not condone libelous statements and/or comments.  Posters are required to provide factual evidence of their statements/comments upon request.  If this cannot be done, I will make a decision on whether or not the post needs to be removed.

Your idea for this forum is a good one. However, because of the constant personal attacks on individuals, this board has no credibility whatsoever. The viewers are coming for the bash threads. On your first page, the thread with my name on it has the highest number of views. Is that what you want? Or, is your stated purpose to make consumers aware of the failures of eBay and PayPal?
You can't have a legitimate anti site and a site which primarily seeks to bash individuals all rolled in to one. There is that credibility issue.  The credibility of this site is determined by each individual reader/member.  Millions find ebay/PayPal to be credible.  Millions don't.  Have you been a contributing member to this board as well?  Have you posted informative articles and references in regards to PayPal?  Hav you warned others of scams, security issues, and consumer concerns? As a member, have you helped CAPP acheive its goal? This board is set up for free speech and I believe we all have been using that 'feature'.

Speaking of credibility, another of your posters, lieworld, today published links here to 2 notorious stalking sites. The owners of both sites have police records. One of the sites is also a neo-nazi site. Both sites contain reams of PI for people with whom they have disagreed.Linking to those sites is a legal and ethical hazard for you and for this forum. These posts will be removed immediately.  Thank you for alerting me.  If I do not catch them all, please let me know.

I will be gald to assist anyone with any problem they may have here.  I am assigning a moderator to help with issues for when I cannot be here.  It may take some time, and you will just have to be patient.  I can not and will not remove posts or threads because "someone wants me to".  I must be provided with evidence that the statements are harmful to you or your business before I can make that determination. 

****If someone is posting pictures of you or a family member here, I will need for you to upload a different picture of the same person to a URL such as on photobucket or imageshack( I do not open attachments in email) and then PM or email me the link to that pic.  This is the only way I know of for you to prove to me that the person in question is indeed, you or someone you know.  Once that is done, I will remove those pictures from the board.
