eBay Attempts to Explain PayPal Holds and Floats

I saw where the shills on the paypal forum at ebay are going completely spastic over recent articles about the holds.

I hope everyone keeps in mind that Paypal lies through their teeth. Not gaining interest on the held funds is a fairy tale to begin with, it also still does NOT trump your state's law(s) or money transmitter license terms. Read the weasel words in the announcements. Carefully. LoL!

So if you find yourself with funds held, file complaints to the proper authorities. It works.
