Tips to stay safe when using PayPal

When Nicole Dunn, a television producer went to a local gas station and tried to pay for a fill up and was declined, her heart stopped. She knew she had plenty of money to cover in her account. Later, she learned that online thieves got a hold of her bank information from a recent $100 purchase through PayPal.

Luckily, she recovered most of the $3000 that was swiped but learned one of the many lessons of shopping online, don't link your Pay Pal account to a bank account or debit card.
