French Court Endorses eBay-Louis Vuitton Ruling


Looks like the fine got lowered and both sides are claiming victory.
ebaY has a sad case of legal last word-itis. Seems juvenile when you look at it. Paying the entire original amount wouldn't have hurt them in the least.

I'm no jewelry expert, but I would still bet my life on 2 things:
This is NOT genuine, and there are many more similar items still available on ebaY. (along with knock-off Tiffany etc. LOTs more.)
